Nautilus is a company that sells fitness equipment.
Manager (Former Employee) says"The two owners were also alcoholic gambling sharks who invested company money on illegal gambling and drugs. I was a salesperson who quickly rose to management and did what I could to help out. It was fruitless though, as they just played around instead of being focused on business. Cons: I could go on and on."
Customer Service Specialist (Former Employee) says"It was ok while it lasted, but was never going to lead to being hired on by the company. The company was ran by over 90% of its employees actually working through a temp agency."

Tech Support Agent (Former Employee) says"Absolute chaos work environment. All call center bonuses are unattainable and force you to not give great customer service. Old computers and very dirty cubicles. Three times the managers then any other call center I have ever worked with. Managers shop online and talk while support requests go unanswered on a large scale daily. Management is not qualified for positions they are in. Work life balance is non existent even though they pride themselves on it. HR does not resolve complaints filed. Cons: Dirty work Spaces, Uneducated supervisors"
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says"Inbound call center for fitness equipment. Horrible work life balance. Management does not care about your person life. You are just a body taking calls. Cons: management, healthcare"

Supply Chain Specialist (Former Employee) says"In the Operations department, the management (female) is a bully, abusive, and just an overall awful person. I was set up to fail with zero training (1 day collectively). Unrealistic expectations. Expected to work hours and hours of overtime, despite the time of day (emails in the middle of the night) with NO compensation, in fact I was denied time off saying the weeks of overtime I put in were expected with the job, despite the first month saying it would be considered "equal PTO". I would often receive emails or texts between 10pm-2am, consequences if I did not respond in a timely manner, prior to the work day. HR, little to no help. Cons: No time off and unrealistic hours, Horrible, Abusive direct management"
Call center (Former Employee) says"Even when I had to leave for my child that got hurt they threatened to fire me so I left and I got written up for leaving because they were not OK with that even though the person in charge of me got to leave for their child just because of a birthday party when it wasn’t even planned"
Customer Care Supervisor (Former Employee) says"Nautilus is in a constant state of change without a clear vision of future. The products sold are great and there is a wonderful team of passionate support personnel. The lack of clear direction and commitment to plans once they are made makes it hard to deliver an excellent customer experience. That challenge is extremely frustrating and demoralizing. Cons: lack of direction has you feeling confused and frustrated most days"
Customer Service and Tech Support (Former Employee) says"The company culture is very left leaning and should be neutral. Clothing policy seems to only apply to men. As a temp, if they don't like you, they will hide positive customer feedback. I had 5 customers that left great reviews that bathrooms chose not to give credit for because I didn't fit in with their company culture. Cons: Company culture"
Plongeur (Former Employee) says"Une entreprise pas correcte, avec les clients ou avec ces salariés."

HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT (Former Employee) says"this was my first experience within the care industry and if it hadnt been for the team I worked with I would not have stayed as long as I did. The one benefit was that it gave me the knowledge and experience to be able to apply elsewhere. I cannot praise the staff enough for the hard work and dedication that they showed to the residents under exceptionally difficult circumstances. Cons: long hours, small pay, high expectations, no thanks"
A/R, Cash Applications & Billing Supervisor (Former Employee) says"Worked at Nautilus for 10 years, I enjoyed what I did for Nautilus. Management did not live up to their core or values of the company. Cons: very one sided"
